At least one Sunday a month in the months of June, July, and August we host our Sunday morning worship service in the parking lot from 10-11 a.m. Nursery and toddler care is still provided, as well as Sunday school for ages 4 years-old through 5th grade during the service.

On the 2nd full week of June we host a basketball camp in the parking lot for children ages 6-12 years old. Students learn how training to be a servant for God’s Kingdom is like training for a sport such as basketball. They learn about perseverance, discipline, sportsmanship, and how practice leads us to be better Christians and better players. Students learn the fundamentals of basketball and camp ends with a camper vs. parent’s tournament on the last day. We also host adult basketball tournaments throughout the spring, summer, and fall months. The Groesbeck Community Market is hosted on the last Saturday in June from 3:30- 7:30pm in our back parking lot. The market serves as a positive, family friendly experience for all ages. More than 20 vendors attend to sell unique gifts, food trucks are available to purchase dinner from, and a bounce house and other children’s activities are available to keep kiddos happy. Proceeds from the Market help a former pastor of Groesbeck Church who was in a life changing car accident in 2021.
